According to a recent Robert Half report, there is has been a 42% rise in overall workload and a 33% expansion rate for businesses in the UAE As a result, Human Resources professionals are becoming more in demand in order to efficiently hire and maintain the required talent. The guide also stated that there is a high demand for mid and senior level human resources professionals in the country, with skills and qualifications including the CIPD and SHRM certificationS, international experience, bilingual speaking skills, and a Western education being a huge plus. Emirates 24/7 reports that in 2013, human resources professionals’ salaries increased by 5.3% with continued growth in UAE HR salaries predicted for 2014.
