Upon successful completion of the course and final exam, you will receive an E-certificate through the academy platform. In addition, you will be able to order an Accredited Certificate (PDF or Hard copy) at an additional cost.

What is the refund & Cancellation policy?

   We at Laimoon strive to offer the best and most effective online courses. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may require a refund or cancel your enrollment.

2. Cancellation within 7 days

   If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. 3. Eligibility for Refund Cancellation after 7 days

   You are eligible for a full refund within 10 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 30% of the content of the purchased course.

4. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Circumstances

   Please note that if you exceeded more than 7 days after purchase or if you have completed the course or accessed more than 30% of the course content, then you will not be eligible for a refund/cancellation.

5. Process for Requesting a Refund/Cancellation

   To request a refund, please email us at support@laimoon.com with your name, email address used, course purchased, and the reason for the refund. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the refund request. Depending on the original payment method used sometimes it can take upto 14 days to recieve payments back in your account. We also provide instant Laimoon credit refund so that you can purchase an alternative course if you wanted.

6. Exceptions

   In the case of technical issues from our side that prevent you from accessing or completing the course, we will provide a full refund irrespective of the course completion status.

7. Changes to the Refund/cancellation Policy

How long is the estimated delivery times for course enrollments?

Once you enroll in a course through Laimoon successfully, you should receive an email with your course access details in 24-48 hours or within maximum 2 working days, typically within a few hours directly from the course provider.

For courses that start on a specific date, you will receive the access details at least 24-48 hours before the course start date.

Please note that these are our best estimates and actual delivery times may vary. We recommend checking your spam or junk email folder if you do not see the course access email in your inbox within the expected time frame.
