Description

Havas Digital is one of the fastest growing fully integrated Digital Agencies in the Middle East and is looking for its next rising star to join the team. We are looking for a Head of Client Services or a Senior Group Account Director to work closely with clients, lead the Account Service Team internally and work side by side with the General Manager of Havas Digital for the Middle East in spearheading growth. This person will be unquestionably professional, strategic in their digital thinking, have a real ability to lead teams and clients and an eye for detail in everything they do. Having both the business acumen to take clients on a digital journey and manage a team to deliver, their previous experience means that have grown business (organically and new business), managed teams, finances and the legalities of a digital agency day-to-day. This person is equal parts visionary, leader and doer. They have an innate ability to get along with people and bring the best out of them. They are also looking for their next challenge in growing their career regionally, based in Dubai, and strategically in merging new digital channels, strategy, digital creative and digital media together. This role will report directly into the General Manager for Havas Digital for the Middle East and have responsibility for budget targets, delivery of award winning work, strategic thinking and team management.

Specifically
-Lead and manage the client management team
-Regular reporting of financials back into the business
-Resource planning (to assign appropriate team members to projects, to resolve issues)
-Development of the client servicing team (setting and reviewing targets, contributing to remuneration conversations)

-Recruitment of new team members

-Lead the process on client development plans for Key Client Relationships (to deliver revenue targets by client)
-Quarterly Business Reviews on top four revenue clients
-To develop best practice in client management and to run regular sessions with the client servicing team to share knowledge and experience
-Personally lead the top Key Client Relationships
-Seek and develop client development opportunities
-Contribute to the process to win new business
