Data cleaning/data quality check in Customer Relationship Management System (CRM System) (investigating customer data, creating missing opportunities, updating CRM System if orders are processed, entering customer codes/working on Pipeline Data Quality etc.), entering new customers in CRM System.
Working on migrations, legal name change, license transfers, contract renewals, credit memo templates in case of incorrect invoices etc.
Working on orders (doing quotes, checking incoming customer/partner orders, creating opportunity in CRM System, obtaining approvals & credit checks, general paperwork, getting signatures, scanning order into Global Imaging System, getting customer confirmations and other info required, all necessary clarification with customer/partner/field, co-operation with Contract Specialists etc.).
Checking whether orders are booked by Shared Services Centre, clarification of rejections with Shared Services Centre.
Liaising with Sales Managers to streamline order process and help with forecast of order workload at quarter end.
Working after hours on the last day of the quarter to ensure that all orders are booked and processed clean and correctly.
Close co-operation with Sales/Contract Specialists to keep an up to date standard of knowledge
Working knowledge of Oracle Business Practices.
Drafting orders documents based on Global Agreements and Price holds.
Allocating Sales Credits during month end for Sales Reps for Commission purposes, RAM adjustments, checking monthly revenue recognition reports (GSRT) from OD Finance.
Good self organization, multi tasking ability, flexibility.
Quality and efficiency oriented even under pressure.
Good PC knowledge, esp. in Word/Excel.
Problem solving ability.
Professional customer handling.
Business experience: commercial education.
