Description
The Client Advisor is responsible in assisting the Client Manager to provide a high level of service on existing accounts and giving optimum support in securing new business.

Key Responsibilities includes:


Ø Entering and revising information in the system

Ø Creating policy files and making sure all documents are in the file according to company standards

Ø Communicating with insurers to acquire necessary documents

Ø Facilitating policy documentation for issuance

Ø Issuing endorsements to policies and invoices

Ø Reviewing & prioritizing incoming mail

Ø Handling service calls from clients and insurers

Ø Reconciling Accounts Receivable & accounting differences whenever required/needed

Ø Preparing routine correspondence, records and reports, and performing general office tasks

Ø Handling general office duties: stationery, filing and general administration.

Ø Identifying revenue opportunities on existing accounts

Ø Renewal and new business broking

Ø Maintaining good rapport and follow up with clients and insurers

Ø Proactive communication with all internal and external units globally

Ø Liase with Local Insurer whenever needed




Qualifications

Requirements:


Ø Bachelor’s Degree Graduate

Ø Minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience

Ø Service oriented and good team player

Ø Excellent written and spoken English

Ø Ability to handle multiple project
